Antar Mouna (sanskrit: Inner Silence) is a meditation which starting point is being present and aware of all the sounds around you. By bringing your awareness within, observing and allowing all the inner activities such as thoughts, feelings and sensations, you will gradually discover the inner silence behind all these. The Antar Mouna Meditation is based on old tantric knowledge and techniques which were brought forth and made accessicble to a wider audience by Swami Satyananda.
