Visit our website: https://www.dniprohills.org.ua/ Join our meetings every Sunday at 12 PM ********************** 🔎 Dnipro Hills Toastmasters Club - an English language public speaking and leadership club, a part of the non-profit worldwide Toastmasters International community (https://www.toastmasters.org/) We were founded on August 2002 by a native-American who wanted to give a possibility to every Ukrainian to advance their career, improve English and public speaking, and learn leadership skills. The first members of our club were so enchanted by Kyiv and the Dnipro river that club's name was chosen as Dnipro Hills - Hills of the Dnipro river. We have own educational system: ✔️ each member has a special account on the Toastmasters' official web-site and works on individual educational Pathways and provided with digital materials. ✔️ each member can be elected as an officer and be able to develop specific organizational and leadership skills ✔️ each regular meeting consists of three parts: 🔖 Prepared speeches: 2-3 members deliver their projects, 5-7 min each; 🔖 Table Topic Speeches Session (impromptu speeches): Table Topic Master addresses a few questions to the audience; speakers are chosen randomly and are given 2 minutes to make an impromptu speech on a suggested topic. In the end, the audience will vote for the best speaker of the session. 🔖 Evaluation: all speakers receive feedback from more experienced club members.
