The concert on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the death of Julian Tuwim took place on December 27, 2013 at the Polish Radio Studio. Witold Lutosławski in Warsaw. Artists of the young generation presented contemporary arrangements of the works of the great poet.
Tuwim has a lot of musical achievements. Songs for his texts, especially in the pre-war period, enjoyed great popularity, many of them became hits. This concert is a tribute to Tuwim - songwriter, author of hits and phrases that have passed into the history of Polish music, and the fact that artists of the young generation return to them, testifies to the vitality and timeless character of his work.
