Welcome to my channel! Here I show recipes, guides, travel and lifestyle. My name is Dorota Kamińska and for as long as I can remember, I have always liked cooking. As a child, I made dumplings with my grandmother, and I helped my mother bake cakes by licking the bowls and mixer tips ;). I like to prepare simple, quick, and at the same time tasty dishes. I am a lover of fish and seafood and colorful, healthy salads. I'm constantly rediscovering Polish cuisine, I also have a weakness for desserts and a special hand for cheesecakes: I come up with countless combinations of ingredients, sometimes I bake them even in the middle of the night and they always turn out great :). In my videos, I only show proven recipes for dishes and desserts that turned out well and were eaten with taste by me, my family and friends. Cooking has always been my passion, although I am not a professional cook. One day, my passion turned into a life idea and since 2009 I have been sharing my recipes on my blog and YouTube. I travel a lot around the world and try to try as many foreign dishes as possible. Then I recreate those flavors in my own kitchen, diversify them, remember them... Ciasta można przygotować na nieskończenie wiele sposobów: te najprostsze to ciasta bez pieczenia i serniki lub ucierane, ekspresowe, wyrastające na proszku do pieczenia.
